The death of old Doc Lambert has left Peter Ramsay in sole charge of the Jindarra Veterinary practice.
His task hasn’t been made easier by the resignation of his receptionist / nurse, Julie. It will be hard to find a replacement with her experience and love of animals.

But in Jindarra, as the locals will tell you, things never stay quiet for too long, just ask Peter’s good mate Ray Turner, the local Forest Ranger.
